Garage management software pricing
3 plans, priced per workshop rather than per vehicle or per job, so a busy week doesn't cost more than a quiet one.
Most UK garage software is priced in a way that punishes growth: per user, per vehicle, or with usage add-ons that only show up on the invoice. GarageCloud is priced per workshop instead — one flat monthly fee per plan, with unlimited staff and unlimited invoices on every tier.
Pricing
GarageCloud pricing
Every plan includes all twelve workshop modules. One monthly price per workshop, however many staff you put on it, billed monthly with no minimum term.
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Choosing a plan takes you to the GarageCloud app to set up your account. Email us with a question.
How the three plans differ
Starter at £50 a month covers the day-to-day running of a workshop: job cards, invoicing, quotes, expenses, reporting and accounting software API access.Business at £100 a month adds the tools that bring in more work — CRM, AI receptionist cover, websites and funnels, reputation management and a visual sales pipeline. Professional at £150 a month adds AI-assisted diagnostic tools on top of everything in Business.
What's not on the price list
No per-vehicle fee and no charge for extra staff logins on any plan. All prices exclude VAT. The plans below are current planned pricing, confirmed at launch — anyone who has contacted us hears first if anything changes before then.
Which plan is right for a small workshop?
An independent garage or MOT centre running day-to-day operations without needing marketing tools usually fits Starter. A workshop that wants to actively bring in new customers — through CRM, reviews and a booking funnel — is better suited to Business. Professional makes sense once diagnostics are a regular part of the job mix. See what garage management software covers for more on what's included.

What is garage management software?
Garage management software is a system that brings a workshop's daily operations into one place: bookings, job cards, bay scheduling, vehicle history, inspections, parts, invoicing and customer reminders. UK systems also handle MOT reminders and DVLA or VRM vehicle lookups.
How much does GarageCloud cost?
GarageCloud has 3 plans: Starter at £50 a month, Business at £100 a month and Professional at £150 a month, all excluding VAT and billed monthly. There are no hidden add-ons.
What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes all twelve workshop modules — the workshop board, VRM lookup, inspections, WhatsApp approvals, MOT reminders, courtesy cars, mobile tyres, ECU remapping, locksmith jobs, ghost immobilisers, invoicing and Xero or Sage sync. Business adds CRM, AI receptionist cover, reviews and booking funnels; Professional adds AI-assisted diagnostics on top.
Which trades is GarageCloud built for?
Garages, mobile tyre fitters, locksmiths, ECU remapping specialists and fleet services.
Does GarageCloud work with Xero and Sage?
Yes. Invoices raised from a finished job card sync to Xero or Sage, so the workshop and the accounts stay in step without rekeying.
Can I sign up today?
Yes. Choose a plan and you set your workspace up straight away — business details, your admin login and payment, then you are in. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like.
Do I have to talk to sales first?
No. You can sign up without speaking to anyone. If you would rather ask questions first, email us and a person will answer.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly with no minimum term, so you can stop at the end of a month.
Can I switch from my current system?
Yes. GarageCloud is built to replace the diary, spreadsheet and group chat you are using today. We will help you move your customers, vehicles and job history across when you set up.
